The frustration was specific. Marketing agencies couldn't trust their own numbers: CRM conversions never matched the event data coming back from paid platforms, and every month someone had to pull data from a dozen sources and reconcile it by hand. Our team had spent years running experimentation, analytics, paid media, and sales across S&P 500 companies, FTSE 100 agency networks, high-growth tech, and performance-marketing agencies. The pattern was the same everywhere.
Selvica started in 2024 as a white-label reporting automation engine for one agency partner. Same data layer, under their brand. By 2025 we had layered AI into the workflows and onboarded our first direct clients on the same infrastructure. Today the team is in place, and we're expanding to more agencies and direct teams who want a data layer that works as hard as their campaigns do.
